Impossible to reach customer service
I'm trying to get in contact with the customer service team about multiple faulty items in my order through their customer service form on their website, but the form gives me an error message ("Something went wrong, please try again") every time I try (which is about 50 times at this point). Their phone line is closed for the summer and there is no other way of getting in contact with them. I expect more from such a large company.

Company does not refund shipping costs (from seller to buyer) by return + buyer has to pay return costs as well. It's standard EU-law (2011/83/EU), that seller has to refund the full amount paid incl. shipping costs (from seller to buyer), when buyer returns the full order. Can customer service by Na-kd please give feedback on this.

Poor Quality & Poor Service
I ordered 6 items, and had to return 5 of them due to their terrible quality. The fabric was thin, synthetic, and honestly impossible to wear in summer. I only kept one top that was more or less acceptable, but none of the pieces had any kind of “wow” effect or made me want to wear them regularly.
On top of that, the delivery was slow, and the return process is even slower and completely lacking in transparency. I sent back the items three weeks ago and haven’t heard anything since.
I placed this order after seeing it promoted by several influencers. How could they praise such horrible fabrics? Just disappointing.

I am so sad to be making this review. I really like NA KD products, but my bag arrived with a defect and I still have not heard anything about my return.
I am writing this with the hope of finally having someone to talk to as it is impossible to get a hold of anyone in this company. They made the experience quite frustrating even as an overall happy costumer.
