Disappointing
I ordered a sink off this website. Completely wrong item turned up and when I contacted OnBuys customer service they first told me I need to pay for the delivery to return the item I did not want or order. It took quite a while but managed to get a (nearly) full refund (£25 back on £29 order) and
in the end agreed to this to end the suffering. Quite disappointing but at least I got a nearly full refund in the end and had some responsiveness from them via trustpilot.
