Went to buy expensive pair of glasses. Knew what I want frame wise, so was ok without help. However when it came to lenses, I was only offered transition lenses and anti reflection ones. Nothing was mentioned about easy clean, or easy clean plus blue, or anti fog. I use glasses daily and this was sort of investment, so having ￡340 frames with the one of the basic lenses options now feels a bit of a miss. Would appreciate if it wasn't as rushed, and I was asked more about how I use glasses and offered better options for my specific needs.

They spam me daily, despite unsubscribing from all their stuff, and even deleting account from their site in an attempt to stop their annoying emails coming though.

Love the idea, and the flexibility of subscription.
Tried regular box and fruit one.
Can’t fault regular box.
Sadly, most fruits weren’t ripe or tasty in general, most of them went to compost, so cancelled.

The best food box around.
Only four stars, as there is definitely some room for improvement, but hands down best on the market - the site is user friendly and fast, selection of recipes is great - cater for different preferences - veggie, vegan.
New menu appear more often than at Hello Fresh that never seem to change.
Great recipe card format, handy book to store them all.
I am in my 5th one, and do refer back to old recipes quite often.

Freshness of herbs and salads seems to be the the main problem, as well as some ingredients missing, but not that often and quick to refund.

It is a rare thing that I dislike the dishes, most of them range from good to great. Nothing yet that I hated.

I’ve been a customer for a while, and there wasn’t a box that had nothing faulty with it.
Spinach is always unusable, herbs most of the time are too, as well of other fresh greens.
Oftentimes missing ingredients and recipes are ok, but I found that Gousto hits the spot more often.
They might be the cheapest box on the market, but definitely not the best.
Also, their large format recipe cards suck, almost never refer back to them, gave away the majority of 100s recipes I had.

Love everything about this shop - carefully curated designs, the eco conscious, locally made (UK) by a small business, that is female owned.
I have several pieces, and they do last well, I am yet to be disappointed in anything.
I noticed that I tend to pick their garments from my wardrobe the most and plan to buy much more in future.
Also pricing is reasonable, considering it is a designer clothing that is oftentimes made from certified organic materials.
A big fan, in one word ??

Good idea, but the food is no better than from the supermarket frozen section.
I was very exited to give them a try - all looked yummy on website.
Every dish I tried was soggy, veggies mushy and formless and overall just lacking in flavour.
I was expecting something nice for the price given, but there are no miracles here - frozen food does not taste the same as freshly prepared one.
Now, if you are not fussy, like some other people here, it might fly with you, but if you ever had a good, nutritious home made vegan meal, you will be dissapointed it this box, just as I am.

Great app for giving back to your community. You have to have a bit of compassion and kindness to be able to use it, as not everyone sticks by the rules, e.g. message pick up times straight away, as recommended, or some people don't show up/or come a bit early... if that's something that bothers you lots, this app might be frustrating.
Ultimately, it's all about saving stuff from landfill and sharing with your neighbours, which is commendable.

Like the idea of all-natural, plastic-free, vegan deodorant. Sadly, it does not deliver on the performance aspect.
First of all, it has a white buttery texture, that does not dry and smears onto clothes.
I got a coconut scent, and it is not pleasant - more like bitter cheap edible coconut oil.
Smell gets worse with time, when mixed with sweat odours.
It does not prevent sweating nor does it help to mask odour, on the contrary, you'd be better off with just your sweat on you.
Maybe others scents are better, but I am not giving them a go, too expensive.
P.S. thanks for your reply Wild, but what kind of deodorant does require e-mailing in order for it to work?.. Surely not the one I would use.

This is my second order with Snag Tights. Both I am happy with.
However for a company that revolves around inclusive sizing, the size chart itself could have been more logical. There is a two major groups for sizing which are Athletic and Curvilicious. When asked how do I objectively differentiate between two was said the same as on website - one is for "prominent bum", other for small. Don't see how this is helful to anyone. How do you define prominent bum?..
There are photos of models for comparison, with height and suitable sizing, that actually confused me more than helped. Because I did order tights for "athletic" body and there was a person with the same body type and their sizing was Curvilicious. When asked their support they asked me to show them my photo... they themselves said I do fall into athletic category...
Sizing chart could be based on something more objective and measurable rather than what it is now.

I am a frequent buyer with Killstar. Recently I made a big order with several dresses and lingerie sets in it. I bought from them before and know my sizing. Despite that, one dress was too big, as well as two bralettes, which is intimates and are non returnables. Returned the dress, still waiting for a refund. Other items are great. Decent quality of garments, great styles. Would be buying more from them, do recommend.
