Good clothes but SLOWWWWWW
I liked the clothing very much, but I was disappointed that I ordered on the 2nd June and it wasn’t shipped until the 10th, despite all items being in stock. This is the first time I’ve experienced such slow order processing from any company & not sure why it took them so long. They quoted between 5 and 7 working days for dispatch and it was literally dispatched at the final point of the 7th day. This left a sour taste in my mouth as it felt as if my order wasn’t important to them, because I had taken up the free shipping option rather than pay extra for shipping. I had ordered more than £110 worth of stuff, so not an insignificant amount. Then Evri messed around the delivery and my stuff that was supposed to be delivered on the 12th, didn’t arrive until the 14th and hadn’t arrived in time for Download, which was my reason for ordering. All in all a little disappointed with my first experience of ordering from KILLSTAR and didn’t feel valued as a customer. Almost sent the order back out of principle, but was talked into keeping it by my friend, as the clothes were cool.

I’m disappointed with my first clothing order. The sizing for the Killstar brand is well off. I order a ‘L’ which is meant to be a size 14. It’s way too big and is clearly a mens large. It wouldn’t be so bad but they’ve said that I’ll have to pay for the return. I emailed but didn’t even get confirmation that my email was reviewed. I won’t order from Killstar again
