As advertised. Coverage is great. The re is no customer service by phone but no customer service is better than wat I’ve received from  Verizon or Sprint.

On July 5th our neighbor contacted us at about 6:30pm to ask if we had internet.  We weren't home at the time and they had just gotten home, so we don't know when it went out.  The main problem was we couldn't call Customer Service to find out what was going on because it was after hours.  The online chat wasn't any help either. We had no internet until about 11am on July 6th. No reason was sent to anyone what happened.  Are we getting any kind of credit on our bill? 

the waiting time for customer service by phone is crazy litterly hours and when you reach them its them hour to understand your problem and to fix it

You advertise that you use all 3 MAJOR networks, but I was unable to pick what network worked better for me and had to go with LESS service by using AT&T AND NOT T-MOBILE or VERIZON.

They used to be a good company, but they are very terrible now. I have had their services for a couple years now I am moving so I asked to switch over the Internet to my new place. They stated that they needed to get a technician there. I said please don’t send him in the morning till 2 PM as we’re moving. I asked for around 3 o’clock. They sent him there at 10 AM then I have been trying to get a hold of them through chat text email Instagram and Facebook for over 72 hours I took screenshots. They read my messages they won’t return or talk to me. Their customer service has to be the worst I’ve ever dealt with lately. I highly recommend you for a different company. 

I am going to love this free service from them and I'm new to the service planning to tell my friends about it love this service thanks guys. I might upgrade one of these days planning on continuing this service.
