Great travel / backup data for USA

Easy to setup (from a laptop) to provide backup data to my Android phone in USA, and for travel overseas too.
Connects to whichever of the 3 major carriers has strongest signal at the time, and will automatically switch once conditions change. Also roams on some local networks (Commnet) out in the boondocks of the West.
Ping latency was a little over 100ms to Dallas, TX which isn't bad for a roaming SIM.
