Wouldn't change a thing.
My experience with Visible has been great. The cost of the plan and the fact that it's the only service that is truly unlimited high speed data even when I'm using it as a hot spot.
I don't get throttled down. I stream TV plus do anything I want on my phone at the same time with out worrying if I'm going to run out of data.
There hasn't been any changes to the cost of my plan which is nice.

Your customer service sucks
Your customer service sucks. I spent hours on "chats" and trying to get through to a real person. Then you can't make the corrections needed unless you used a neighbors phone for the initial contact, thus freeing up your Visible phone.
Not worth the cost of one's time to try to save money on monthly costs.

Easy to Setup and Great Plans
Process was super simple to setup and the plan options are pretty good. I had been trying to leave Tmobile for a while, but I had a grandfathered Sprint plan that gave me a lot of hotspot data that I used up every month. Visible was one of the only providers that offered an unlimited hotspot feature, and for a super low price. I've been on Visible for months now and the service has been great. I don't see myself switching services anytime soon.

SOS AND NO SERVICE IN GREENVILLE TEXAS
I live in Mesquite, Texas. I had great service in Mesquite. But I am in Greenville, Texas quite a bite. While in Greenville, our phones would go to SOS and no service all the time. We would turn airplane mode on and off. Reboot our phones. This only helped for a short while. We finally got tire of the poor coverage, we had to go with another carrier.

One of the reasons I signed up for visible was your international benefits. When I tried to use it in Europe, all you would say is I had to sign up for Global Pass first but I could not do that out of the US. No internet or messages for 2 weeks! I hate you!

Not only am I paying less than half of what I was paying with another provider, I can watch Joe Rogan, documentaries, and do research without worrying about using too much data! Helpful customer support: When I had problems with set-up, they were great. Also, I like that they include everything in the monthly price…taxes and fees can really add up! Billing has been reliable and painless too. There coverage in my area is better than T-Mobile too.
