You advertise that you use all 3 MAJOR networks, but I was unable to pick what network worked better for me and had to go with LESS service by using AT&T AND NOT T-MOBILE or VERIZON.

Still kicking the tires.

The try is fabulous and the thrill i get when I see my bill and know that I'm not supporting ATT anymore is indescribable BUT I have very limited skills with tech. And still trying to figure out how to make this calling,data plan to work for me. Email updates are nice but I don't understand computer speak so I'm generally lost, would love to have a store to go to and have them walk me thru issues. I don't however give up easily.

GREAT customer service!

We were so anxious about switching from another carrier, as these things never seem to go smoothly. We were correct,our previous carrier was a nightmare to deal with to switch over, however, Patriot Mobile more than made up for the angst, speaking with our previous carriers representative for us, and patiently walking us through the steps to make the switch. GREAT customer service!

I have lost voicemail

I have lost voicemail. I don't know if I have one without calling in and finding I don't have any and i wasted my time. My old service it showed on my phone complete with a transcription and I could play it back to hear it. Never any question that I had a VM. I was under the impression when switching that I would have all the same services. Its the same phone but it can't do all the tricks it is designed for.
I'm disappointed

It's worth switching

It's worth switching.

So far I've only experienced one issue with the service and that is: Sometimes when placing or receiving a call, I can't hear the person on the other end for about 30 seconds.

Bait and Switch

We didn't understand gigabytes. Needed the info in minutes/ hours.
The sales focus was on same service less money.
Not true.
Got into some difficult situations while traveling. No access to internet causing everything from frustration to downright dangerous.

Had to add more service. Which now means we pay more than we did with our Verizon account!

It feels like a bait and switch situation. Very sad since they posture themselves as economical and Christian.
Not cool Patriot not cool.
