My therapist is great! She is up to date with the  latest in therapy. For example EMDR therapy which is part of my sessions. I’m definitely looking forward to my appointments.

My provider is Mrs Powers and the is always on time, answers all my questions, and is very clear on my treatment plan

I just started using Nourish and so far it’s been great! It’s been really easy to set up, find a nutritionist and log in meals. I’m already starting to feel more accountable. I’ve only met with my nutritionist once and I really like her. She was very easy to talk to and shared some great ideas and resources for me to look into. The best part is that it’s free through my insurance and done at my convenience from home. 

The QuickMD platform looks incredibly convenient and easy to use. I appreciate how accessible they make weight loss treatments like Ozempic and Wegovy, and the fact that you can consult with a licensed doctor so quickly is a huge plus. The service seems professional and well thought out. I’m definitely considering using it.

So far the only issue I have is getting in contact with a live person. It’s been frustrating to not be able to change a medication plan or alter something if needed. 

      I am 73, so as you can guess I have tried a lot of diets in my life time, some worked for a short time, but the weight always came back, sometimes with more weight. Tried lots of pills, drinks and never had any luck.

All of the coaches are so full of knowledge and so willing to listen and share that knowledge, never feeling that any question was dumb. 
      The coaches are always there for you, with one on one calls.Knowledge of food, body, mindset and lots of encouragement. All of the coaches really care about your success!
      Like I said I will be forever grateful for this program.  In 3 months I lost 27 pounds, I enjoy going to the grocery store,I can walk around our property, I don’t have to find the closest parking spot. My clothes fit and even bought a smaller size dress. I even went camping and stayed in a  authentic tipi.
      I still have some weight to lose, I can do it with Committed Coaches! I am getting more and more healthy, I can do it with Committed Coaches!!!!!!!! I will keep the weight off because of the life changes I have made with the help of Committed Coaches!!!!!


I needed to Chat before I placed y order, and Daisy was very quick and helpful.

I ordered the medication GLP-1, was charged but never received the medication.  When I called they said I would need to speak with a healthcare professional but they were booking 3-4 weeks out.  I told them that was too long to wait and cancelled my subscription.  They continued to charge my account and I spent time calling, waiting on hold just to try to get my money back.  Poor customer service, long waits....I don't feel comfortable letting this company supply me medication if they cannot handle a simple order and billing.
