Amazing service

I had a very obvious uti that was showing signs of moving to my kidneys without treatment. I was just about to take an international flight and couldn't get into urgent care.

Dr B gave me an antibiotic prescription for $15 that went straight to my selected pharmacy where I paid $14. The process was cheap and excellent. I highly recommend. Fantastic service.

Denied consultation for a simple health

What is the point of telemed if NOT for simple issues! Ridiculous. Denied consultation for health issue literally listed the do in their ad!!! Can't get past AI initial questions for just checking if treatment is right for you. All the info I gave was gender and state! They said consultation not available! They need to get organized.

Gatekeeper AI is terrible

I never got farther than the AI health assessment. I made a couple errors, edited them, and then my account got locked for editing. Then I tried to contact customer support, and the dumb bot kept saying it was going to connect me to someone but never did. I'm assuming it wanted me to give it the magical password for it to actually activate and do it's job. I will never attempt the service again. Totally ridiculous.

Got transferred from sunrise to Dr

Got transferred from sunrise to Dr. B was told there would be a one time consultation fee now they’re trying to charge it every time. The med is great but way too expensive. It’s a scam. There are many other Al alternatives out there that are much better and cheaper!

Was not knowing what 2 expect with a consult online for 15 dollars or if was a scam.. My experience was great meds at pharmacy in 2 hours and I saved myself my 300 dollar deductible at my doctor for something so simple..

Wish they would handle multiple prescriptions better

I really like Dr. B for having the most affordable rates among online prescription services. The actual process for entering one refill request was very easy to follow.

I would give them 5 stars, but among the several prescription providers I've used, Dr. B is the only one that will not allow you to order more than one prescription refill at a time - it's very 'clunky' in that regard.

You have to contact support in order for them to 'reset' the account, so you can go back in and request a second, separate prescription request.

The other online providers have multiple prescription requests covered - I don't understand why Dr. B can't do this as well.

Other than this glitch, I do like them. Just be advised if you have 2 or more meds that need refilling - you're better off at another provider.
