The customer service rep took ownership of the issue and found the technical people to make the correction. She emailed me multiple times during the process to update me and let me know she was working on it. She resolved the issue and went above and beyond. I am thankful for excellent customer service. This makes me want to recommend.Nutrisense to others. I’m always grateful when a company works hard to resolve any issues. I’m very happy with the app and excited to be reconnected.

I’ve had a great experience with Nutrasense! I’m not diabetic and I hope to prevent it as it is in my family. I take my health seriously and wanted the data of my daily living. It was educational and inspiring! I reached my elusive goal weight in my second month of wearing the CGM.
A year ago I did a CGM for one month. This time I did three. Insightful!

You will learn so much about the uniqueness of who you are and how your body responds to food! It's mind blowing and a life changing experience! You also get a Nutritionist to guide you and answer any questions. I lost 13lbs including visceral fat, my blood glucose is down from prediabetic levels, I am sleeping better and my joint pains have resolved. Some carbohydrate choices though considered "healthy" were actually causing weight gain. Nutrisense is a great educational tool and the missing piece of the puzzle in current weight loss and health programs!

The sensor quit working with no way for me to fix it within the first 2 weeks. I discovered I am in a 6-month, no-way-out commitment that costs more than $200/month. This is a rip off.

I absolutely love tracking my glucose levels. The app is easy to use and I am thrilled that I can track my food in myfitnesspal and have it carry over to NS. My nutritionist is very knowledgeable, supportive, and professional. I have learned so much about nutrition and how my body responds to food and exercise because of nutrisense. I would absolutely recommend NS to any of my friends and family that want a deep dive into nutrition.
