Was slightly put off by the high price, as well as looking into the customer complaints. However, the buying process was easily described by Scott and we were encouraged by others to make the purchase for our well being. Sunlighten has the most advanced and all around best performace. I trust the company will back its customers through out the warranty period. Our rep continued to call this sauna the "Ferrari" of saunas. Lets just hope it performs like one.
