I contacted costumers service and was very happy with Jordan . Very helpful and prompt to respond to any of my questions…

I contacted costumers service and was online with Jordan. And was super helpful. And was very prompt to respond to any of my questions. I just found out that we don't have to post to the UK as I understood when i purchased the kit we send it to Dublin hub and they take care of sending it on

The test is not accurate

The test is not accurate. I came up with zero hormone issues, zero thyroid issues, zero metabolic issues, no inflammation issues …And my blood tests and other markers for these are prolific and have been for years. So I don’t have any faith in any of the results and I feel like I wasted my money. I also have a known issue with cow dairy which did not come up in my test, and eggs! Very disappointed.

Great service from Jordan today on the chat - I did have to chase the company regarding receiving my sample and then the results being sent. I was literally on chat with Jordan 2 minutes and the results were in my inbox. Very efficient

Reviews for this company are useless

I used their live chat to have a question answered, which it was. No problems there. But then I was urged to post a review on her service on trust pilot. I'm giving a poor review for that. I've had a look at trust pilot. all you can see is innumerable positive reviews for their CHAT RESPONSE. Not for their product. Not for them actually providing the service they are being paid to do.
I have to admit to thinking they are encouraging the useless reviews on how they answer questions to hide the honest reviews on the actual product.
