I absolutely do not recommend anyone to order in this store ! Dress ( I certainly can not call it a piece of clothing ) , was transparent , asymmetrically sewn parts, print does not match the seams, sticking threads, crooked seams and holes from the needle . This is the worst thing I have ever seen . The fabric is not designed to wear ( plastic bag ) . I am disappointed! What is advertised by models on instagram - paid as advertising- in fact a complete deception . This garbage is not subject to return . I've been trying to write for 2 weeks that I want to send the product back, but to no avail. Even at my own expense, I can't send the product so I don't have to keep this garbage. I feel sorry for the people who order from this store. This is the worst experience of my life!

-I brought two dresses which I was meant to use for my twins christening. Unfortunately it got delivered really late to what it’s promised on their website. The package was kept unopened until they requested to open for them to check if there is any defects. I’m unaware as I did not open the actual dresses just the packaging parcel bag. When I’m communicating this, they change the language to Spanish and also call me by my wrong name in every single email. On their website it does state refund eligible- but when you contact them they come with another link explaining their policies. They will just take your money, customer care is really poor. I wasn’t offered nothing to solve the issue. Should’ve looked for reviews before buying it. Do report this business to the fraud regulations. As this isn’t right or fair- to present your policies in a hiden link instead of below the items. I’ve been sending emails for days- still no resolution.

I had requested a return on my first order as the dress didn’t match the picture, they said they’ll compensate for it if I order something else and refused to take it back.
I trusted them and ordered again and the next thing orders didn’t look like the pictures too and they still refuse to take it and return the money back.
I think it’s ridiculous .
They also promise delivery within 10 days which isn’t true it takes about a month for their items to be delivered. I’d highly suggest you don’t waste your time

This is a fraudulent company/site. DON’T BUY ANYTHING. I ordered on june 12 dresses for a special occasion with express delivery 5-7 working days and today is July 5. Since they didn’t deliver in time, within the first week, i started searching for the company and i found out so many people had very bad experience. When i read the comments and since the items were not sent in time i cancelled my order. However they have never cancelled and returned my money, they kept apologising and promising to send the items. I called my bank, i filed a police report and i will continue to say my experience everywhere. Don’t shop from this website. I don’t know what they sent now but i will not pick it up and hopefully it will go back. They don’t even have a proper return policy and forcing me to pick up and return. How stupid this is. I have entire conversation they confirm that they didn’t send it but refuse to refund. Only fraudulent company would do such a scam.

Honestly this website is such a big scam I wish I could even say 0 stars. Me and my family bought dresses for a big wedding and we paid £113 plus extra £5 for express shipping . These dresses came after one month and its quality was so horrid!!! Even shein has better quality. Girls save your money and don’t spend it on here !!! You might as-well buy off shein
They don’t even do refunds because it’s poor quality doesn’t match it’s category of “refunds”

When I requested a refund, the requested photo evidence which I provided. Despite providing it, they refused to refund the order saying those issues weren’t covered under their return policy. I’m now having to dispute the order with my credit card company and am sharing this in hopes of saving others from going through this kind of trouble! *Update: I added one star because after getting my credit card company involved to resolve the issue and posting this, the company said they've issued a return.

The poorest quality of clothing possible
Don't believe the hype. I received my order and some crumpled up bag that looked like it was previously open. Only half the items arrived. The ones that did arrive were of such poor quality and the cheapest material possible. It is advertised as high-quality material, but material is so thin and the craftsmanship is so poor. As soon as I receive my order and realized how poor the quality was, I contacted the company to request a refund. Then they refused to give me a refund because it did not meet their "return criteria". Meaning you can complain about the quality and they don't care. It's as if they know the quality is poor and that's why they will not issue a refund. Bait and switch.
