My son wore these earrings for maybe 3 weeks and the back of the earring on both ears completely went through the hole from the back side all the way to the front and completely tore my sons earring holes. They set up an infection and made them bleed for hours. I have worn a lot of earrings in my life and I have never in a million years seen an earring do what these did to my son’s ears. I bought them at Walmart. They’re supposed to be sterling silver with 14k gold plated simulated diamonds.

I was sooo happy with my purchase from Brilliance! The ring is GORGEOUS!! I was expecting it to take 4-6 weeks because it was a custom ring. I placed the order on March 17th and it was delivered on April 9th!! INSANE! I 10/10 recommend and definitely will be purchasing from them again.

I was reading reviews and I noticed someone wrote something about a return. I ordered a three carat radiant and when I received it I did not like it. I kept it for a bit and kept looking at it thinking I would love it, but I didn't. I tried calling and there was no answer so I emailed them and asked them for a return. The next day I had a return number. No if ands or butts about it. They didn't even ask me why I didn't like it. Santiago emailed me once they received my ring in their possession and asked what I wanted to do and I told him I wanted to do an exchange. Seriously, I would have never expected it to go this smooth. Now, I am taking a lot longer than it should take to order a different ring, but I did tell him to be patient with me.

Only reason for 4 stars is because the band in the picture looked bigger than it actually was in really life which we were a little disappointed by. Otherwise an amazing place to buy diamonds!
