I was billed twice. When I contact support my issue wasn't resolved. Then my debit card wasn't going through on the website I had to use my credit card. Which I didn't want to do.

I have not received my products yet from June 18th order.

I love all of the products that I have received from Laura Geller. The eyeshadows, face powders, blushes, are buildable. The colors are perfect for my skin tone. The tool that helps you find your shades for your skin tone are spot on. And the products are light, never cakey, just beautiful. I’ve found my Holy Grail of beauty products! Oh-and their customer service team replies quickly and is so very helpful in answering my questions and providing assistance. I love this company! 

At the beginning it hurts and more pimples appeared but after 1 month my face started to adjust and started to clear out my dark spots and acne. This is legit and amazing. 2 months later it progressed well, definitely buying more.

I canceled my trial and subscription well before the 21-day period ended and received confirmation on June 27 — yet Ma?lys still charged my card after the deadline. When I tried to return 2 of the 4 products (which arrived earlier than the rest), I was told I needed to “give the products more time” despite not liking the feel or smell. After standing firm on canceling, they refused the return entirely, claiming the trial had ended — even though I followed all their rules.

Their customer service hides behind fine print and ignores their own promotional language. I’m now disputing the charge with my bank and reporting them to the FTC and BBB. These products are expensive, and the “guarantee” is just bait. I wouldn’t trust this company again.
