I guess the only thing that would be of benefit, is if they had a lower threshold to get free shipping, because of course us addicts have other expenses and requirements, but still want to slip a fragrance in that lineup.

Customer service has gone down the drain. I've been a customer for years and customer service was always top notch. On a recent order, I emailed them about a problem with my order. They quickly responded and gave me a couple of options. I responded with my selection and waited. After a few days without a response, I emailed again, but still no response. I have sent a few emails to follow up and even reached out to them via Instagram, but have received no reply. They may offer decent prices, but I rather pay a few dollars more and order from a vendor who is responsive.
