I had a wonderful time at the Fountain Pen Friday event! The store is beautiful and has so much cool stationary and interesting things. The people are friendly and helpful, and in general the atmosphere is lovely.

This is such a wonderful, eclectic shop. Employees are all friendly and helpful while allowing you to meander and enjoy shopping. It is one of our favorite shops especially for special and unique gifts!

While my order was delivered a full 5 days earlier than expected, it was broken when I opened it. Not beyond repair however, infact the only thing broken was that none of the end caps were connected to their support struts. I was able to hot glue them on but past that the main rod is quite flimsy and the handle is only cheap plastic and just a little too small for comfort. The colors are quite nice though and it is indeed usable.

The store has a weird name but the customer service is great! It was packed well, shipped pretty quickly, and the item was exactly what I was looking for with no price markup! I was pleased with the service and with the item. I will be shopping there again as I bookmarked the site, because I can't spell it.
