The tour was excellent!!

The entire experience from start to finish was fantastic.  Andy was our guide and was a wealth of knowledge when it comes to all things wine and the best local wineries.  Highly recommend, it was one of the favorite parts of our whole trip to Napa!

Great experience. Pick up was on time, flight was on time. Could land in Grand Canyon due to temperature of 116 degrees.  Didn’t really want to get out and stand in that heat anyways. Helicopter got very warm but temperatures were extreme. They were very fair and apologetic about not being able to land. They are very close to south end of the strip so it is convenient. 

Just got back from my fourth FTLO trip to Portugal! This trip was so fun and was a great mix of free time and planned activities. I truly enjoyed everything we did on this trip.

Our trip leader, Angelo, was truly incredible. From the very first day, you could really tell how much he loved Portugal and how much he really loves what he does. He gave us so many recommendations for restaurants and things to do in every place we went and really made sure we had a good time. His energy was infectious and it really felt like he did his best to connect with everyone in the group and made sure that everyone was involved and engaged. He is one of the absolute best trip leaders I've had and I cannot say enough good things about him. If you have Angelo as your trip leader, you are in amazing hands! I would love love love to do another trip with him!

We had an amazing time on the Florence Evening Food Tour with Florentine Steak & Tuscan Wine, and Marco was a huge reason why! He was knowledgeable, funny, and made everyone feel welcome right from the start. The food and wine were absolutely delicious, but what really made the night special was Marco’s passion for Florence and its food culture. It felt more like hanging out with a local friend than a typical tour. Highly recommend this experience and if you get Marco, you’re in for a great time!

Our guide Jose made our trip a wonderful experience for us!  He was funny, knowledgeable and enthusiastic and kept us greatly entertained throughout the whole trip. He also took some lovely photos of us. Thanks for making it such a memorable experience for us José! 

I GOT HORRIBLY SUBSTANDARD AAA SERVICE LAST NIGHT, JULY 7, 2025, WHEN I CALLED TO HAVE MY CAR DOOR OPENED WITH MY KEYS ACCIDENTALLY LOCKED INSIDE. FIRST, THE AAA SAID SOMEONE WILL ARRIVE IN ABOUT AN HOUR TO HELP ME, BUT THAT COMPANY TURNED OUT TO BE VERY RUDE AND NO ONE SHOWED UP TO HELP ME.  I CALLED THE AAA AT LEAST 6 TIMES, GOT NO HELP, AND THEN HAD TO HIRE AN INDEPENDENT AUTOMOBILE LOCKSMITH FOR $150 CASH, BUT HE GOT THE JOB DONE WHILE THE AAA DID CRAP!   POOR COMMUNICATION WITH MY REPEATED CALLS TO THE AAA THAT COULDN'T GIVE ME A TIME ESTIMATE FOR A LOCKSMITH TO ARRIVE.  TERRIBLE SERVICE!  JUST TERRIBLE!
