Don’t book a flight with this company…

Don’t book a flight with this company they will take your money not let you take anything with you on your flight and will make it impossible to get your money back. A representative named Veronica Smith was forcing me to leave a good review to be able to MAYBE help me and would not move forward until I did so I refused and now it’s taking them forever to maybe possibly get any kind of refund from them currently I’m out 750 dollars and nothing to show for it this is the worst booking company there can be.

TOTAL SCAM! DO NOT USE CHEAP VUELOS!

Total scam! Sold me a cheap ticket on a flight I needed to be on. Then called and said my ticket was “waitlisted” and not guaranteed. I needed that flight, so they said I would have to pay more for a “guaranteed” ticket, which was more than double the original cost. Of course they said there is no cancellation. I told them I just wanted to walk away from my original purchase and I would drive instead of fly, to which they said I could do that but then there would be a $499 “no show” penalty. I have spent about 3 hours on the phone with them trying to get them to explain my options. Finally just bit the bullet and paid the extra money because I needed that exact flight. Absolutely worst experience I have ever had making any type of travel plans. I will never use them again. DON’T USE THEM! It’s a big scam. I wouldn’t be surprised if I get to the airport and my name is not on the flight manifest.

I don't know how there are any positive reviews for this company.

Horrible Experience

Horrible Experience, They have charge the credit card 6 times , and my debit card through PayPal another 2 times with an amount 478.48 each time. When I got to the American Airline counter I Tried checking in online and couldn’t get thru , then my name was spelt wrong . When I got to the American Arline Counter , I was asked if the credit card was mine due to It being under investigation for the amount of withdrawals. I had to show them the card was in my possession. I wasn’t on the flight for the said ticket . So I had to purchase another ticket for $ 389, to get on the flight and unfortunately was unable to use the same card, it was maxed out . Apparently Catherine was registered to card and It was a worker for CheapVuelos who “assisted” me. This company is a big Scammer. People please be aware!!! They will tell you everything is fixed until you get to the airport and you’re not even registered to fly.
