DO NOT USE JETCOST OR EXPERTOSENVUELO.COM – SCAM EXPERIENCE
I had a terrible experience. While searching for a low-cost flight for my son (a student), I used Jetcost, which redirected me to expertosenvuelo.com. The price seemed good, so we paid with a Visa card. Everything looked legit — but they never issued the ticket.
We received a message saying, "Your payment has been received. Your e-ticket will be issued shortly after verifying your card." But nothing ever came. No valid reservation code for Aeromexico, no e-ticket, and most importantly: they NEVER responded to phone calls or emails.
I had to block my Visa card and contact my bank to try to reverse the charge.
Jetcost failed to warn that they redirect to low-reputation third-party agencies.
Please avoid both platforms at all costs. If you're booking flights, only use official airline websites or trusted aggregators like Google Flights, Skyscanner, or Kayak — and always double-check who you're paying before entering your card details.

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!! I was charged over twice the price of my flight. Even after I received the call asking if they can go forward with a charge and I explicitly said NO as I knew something was off. Extremely disappointed. Please run!
I attempted to book a flight through your site. Received an email saying they need to speak with me urgently and my reference number. I called the number and gave my reference number only to be told the flight at that price isn’t available and I must book one at TWICE THE PRICE. I explained I would need some time to discuss the options with my partner and get back to you and explicitly said I DON’T WANT TO BOOK THAT FLIGHT and for him to please allow me to assess my options and get back to him. He wasn’t taking no for an answer and consistently tried to convince me to book the flight. I left that call explicitly saying NO. Minutes later I see a charge for a flight that I did not authorize and that was twice the price I initially agreed upon paying. Furthermore I was bombarded with numerous calls demanding I now pay an additional fee of over over $150+ to access this booking of the flight I said I DO NOT WANT TO BOOK. I can’t and won’t be able to recommend this business. Simply put using my information to book a flight twice the price I thought I was paying online even after I said NO many times is fraudulent and I will be making my experience known to any and everyone that will listen.

If I could give less than 1, I would. They are scammers. They have a 24-hour cancellation guarantee, but they are not honoring it and want to charge a $180 cancellation fee per person. After booking business class tickets, they informed me that I must pay for my personal bag and carry-on. Also, there was an additional $300 tax per person.
