Basically an Uber Ride
You are paying for a glorified Uber ride to Pearl Harbor. Way overpriced. The driver was funny, and informative. But once at Pearl Harbor, you are on your own. There is no tour guide at the location.

We understand it can be surprising that there’s no tour guide accompanying you inside Pearl Harbor. By policy, only National Park Service staff and authorized Pearl Harbor rangers are allowed to conduct tours within the site. External guides are not permitted to lead tours on the premises, which is why our drivers provide background and orientation beforehand.
We do our best to communicate this in advance and will review our materials to ensure it's even clearer. We truly value your input and hope the visit to such an important historic site was still meaningful for you.

The drivers need better tourism guide training. They are hard working local boys, and very safe & courteous drivers, but we were expecting more historical island education, volcano eruption access and history, and star/constellation guides.
