We booked the Rome in a day private tour for our group of 10 people. Our tour guide was Enza Broccoli and she was fantastic. She kept our group of 6 adults and 4 teens engaged and answered all the questions we had. She also gave a wonderful suggestion for a place to eat lunch for our large group. It was a highlight of our time in Italy.

BEST Tour Guide Ever
Michele was an EXCEPTIONAL guide -- an encyclopedia of knowledge on the Vatican and he shared information virtually non-stop the entire 5-hour tour. It wasn't until we had tours later in our trip with other tour companies that we realized how fortunate we were to have Michele with his native English. We completely understood everything he said, which I cannot say for our other tour guides. Michele set the bar high!

Good tour, need some improvements
The tour guy asks us to be there 15 minutes, but no one from Tour guy was there 15 minutes before the tour. Also during the tour, please don’t make people stand for a long time- during story time. Make people sit if possible or keep moving. Also provide proper guidance for exit. These are the things for improvement. The tour was good.

Murano and Burano Private Tour Experience
This is a great experience for a private tour. The fact that transportation is included is a total gamechanger. Once you get to Murano you get a unique opportunity to witness a trade that has been around for several centuries. The gallery in this place is really impressive and you can even get a few one of a kind pieces of you like.
Once you go to the island of Burano you experience true Venetian life when you visit the lace makers which is another tradition unique to this place. In the tour in Burano you have a chance for free time to explore a bit and you can find the best Gelato in the world in the main Piazza. We also visited the San Martino cathedral which was a bonus for our visit.
Claudia our guide was great in engaging with my teenage son with the history side and she made the tour fun and interesting for him. She gifted us a picture book with all of the places we saw and some other to consider to visit on our own.

Our tour guide was absolutely amazing
Our tour guide was absolutely amazing! Right from the very beginning, she was incredibly focused on our personal and individual needs. She went out of her way to track down a Band-Aid for my 11-year-old daughter who got a blister on our walk to the tour. She also tracked down a hat from somebody who had left it at the top of the Doja Palace. She was passionate well-versed in every single questions we asked and was a joy to listen to. Our tour was incredibly hot, and she gave us multiple opportunities to stand in the shade and to work through the difficult conditions. I would highly recommend her to any guest coming to Venice!

Due to circumstances out of our control due to airlines at last minute, I called the tour company and asked for a refund or another tour. They would not do anything to accommodate us. I would give zero stars, but not an option I lost $726. I would not use this company. I was just asking for a little compromise and then they asked me about purchasing another tour!!!!

Christina our guide gave a lot of inputs all along the trip and made the trip flawless. Special thanks to her from our family. We had lot of insights about Venice, Murano and Burano.
