There is no communication within this company! I withdrew after being treated terribly and then they kept harassing me to make another appointment with a new provider. No way!! They just want money and have ZERO interest in actually helping people. Oh yea and they just want to medicate people and don't even care to listen to what's going on. "Medicate and Move On" should be the name of their company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After having wonderful care for years with Circle, I was forced to switch providers. My provider still has not sent my prescription (as promised) to the pharmacy from my appt on 6/27, and today is 7/8. He responds to no one, is basically impossible to reach, and it’s been almost 2 weeks since he said he was going to send over my prescription even though I was promptly charged on my Amex for my visit with him. Good luck if you try Circle. I’ll be switching to an entirely different company. This has been an utter nightmare, and I truly wonder if they even care about your health, or just want to bill for the visits. Seems like the medical board might want to look Into my experience…..

Quick response and had my first “non-shaky” presentation that I’d been very nervous about! Originally signed up for home delivery, when I was worried the medicine wasn’t going to arrive in time, they sent a sample pack prescription to a local pharmacy so I could pick up. Turns out the home delivery ended up arriving on time anyway. Less than a week from the time I signed up to getting the prescription delivered to my door! Thank you!!
