Lack of customer services, not custom. Felt robotic- wanted to speak to someone. 


I have a therapist and a psychiatrist through sondermind and although I have just recently started, I like them both a lot. They are both very friendly and very easy to talk to. I have no problem sharing anything.  They are both professional and very good at their job. 
Sondermind is a great company as I get reminders of my appointments and they have games in the app that help to calm your mind. They also have more things in the app to help you meditate or journal etc...
I definitely like the company so far and its covered by my insurance completely. 

My son was in and out of treatment at ROWI’s Thousand Oaks location for several months. For the most part, it was a great experience—ROWI has a strong team of therapists and a solid program designed to support kids struggling with mental health issues and substance abuse.

However, we later discovered that ROWI had not drug tested my son for several weeks, despite the fact that he was supposed to be tested weekly. Unfortunately, during that time, he had been using drugs. As soon as we found out, we immediately reached out to his therapist to discuss the situation and determine the best course of action. Had we been informed sooner, we could have addressed it right away, so learning about this delay was incredibly upsetting.

When ROWI became aware that he was using, they abruptly discharged him over the holidays, leaving us in crisis mode with no support system in place. It was an overwhelming and distressing situation, and we had no idea how to handle it. What made it even more painful was that not a single person from ROWI reached out to offer guidance or support, despite the strong relationships we had built with his team.

I struggle to understand how a treatment center that specializes in helping teens facing these exact challenges could dismiss a patient so suddenly. It was an incredibly disappointing ending, and I believe new families entering the program should be aware of this possibility.



Dr. Vi at has been incredible. She genuinely listens and offers guidance that has helped me grow and gain clarity. Every session feels supportive and insightful. Highly recommend.








Such an amazing experience with Dr. Adelina Matevosyan! We have two teenagers that are struggling in school and needed help getting some clarity as to why they are struggling. Her report was very thorough and she provided a plan of action for each child, highlighting their strengths and weaknesses. We were also able to get academic accommodations from their school to help with their education. Highly recommended doctor, she is also a joy to be around. 

This compay saved my life and got me off the streets after being abandoned with two children (for another woman)They even helped me by paying my move in costs to my new apartment. By the grace of God I'm still alive but I couldn't have done it without Southwest either !
