Grow therapy is easily accessible and great therapists
Grow therapy is easy to use. You can get a therapist quickly, unlike waiting for an in person appointment that can take months or up to a year to find a qualified counselor. I have had great luck with all 3 therapists I used for different issues. one couples counseling, one EMDR therapy and one trauma therapist for PTSD. They wre all wonderful and better than I know our practitioners in the office to be at the hospital I work at.

My therapist is the best
My therapist is the best. She is assisting me with my healing process and I wouldn't trade her for the world. The best decision I ever made before I lost myself. People talk about therapy like it's bad but their wrong.

I was skeptical of Grow at first. My insurance company "graduated" me from their in-house providers and said they'd cover Grow moving forward. I thought I was getting the Temu version of what I'd had before. But as much as I liked my other therapist, I think I like Grow's more. I've had multiple visits now and feel like I'm not just getting through difficult times, but moving forward in ways that are sustainable for my future. Give it a chance. Really pore through the different providers and choose the one that feels right to you.

easy to use
Easy to use platform with easy scheduling features. My therapist has been great and finding a new therapist within network was a breeze.
I wish there were a space for activities related to therapy within the platform would be my only request.

Video Calls are very disappointing !
I have been unable to connect with my Therapist via a video call. It has been the most frustrating experience! I wanted to keep my Therapist when she moved out of the area but Grow Therapy has thrown roadblock after roadblock in preventing that from happening....I am so disappointed! I would like to think that a simple ZOOM call would be easy to arrange...NOT SO with Grow Therapy....UGHHHH!!!

So far so good
So far so good! I wish providers were available for in person visits but perhaps it’ll happen! Overall on my first session I was very much pleased with the provider and will be back next week!

Adam is kind and supportive. He listens and understands and shares helpful advice. He is a great sounding board. Working with him, I feel comfortable sharing openly.
Grow Therapy has been easy to access and made the process of signing up and connecting with my health insurance seemless.

First session review
I just had my first session with Andrea. I found her to be intelligent, and she proposed some good solutions for me. She was also a good communicator, sensitive to my cultural differences, and I ultimately left the session happy with the small progress I had made. I look forward to my next session with her.

I have had a great experience
I have had a great experience, the 1st therapist appointment got cancelled because she didn't take my insurance. I was upset at 1st but then I was able to look at the therapist bio's and choose for myself.

Working on old Trauma
The first provider I was referred to is wonderful! I was looking for someone to help me do some trauma work and wanted to try EMDR. Therapist is very experienced at EMDR and other techniques to help me process old trauma and triggers. She is professional, and very easy to work with. I am growing in different areas and able to process negative events and feelings in more positive ways!

Style Matters!
This 1st session was very comforting. My counselor was easy to have a conversation with and he made it easy to give responses because of his style.

Grow - Everything is A+
Everything about Grow Therapy and the platform is top notch. The portal has everything you need to contact your provider, view your billing, and contact customer service. I have been with the same provider since starting and could not recommend her and this platform enough. I have requested medical records and the process was painless, fast and a good experience. Everything is A+

Is this Legal?
I have been billed incorrectly numerous times through Grow Therapy resulting in hundreds of dollars lost (they immediately charge your card without an invoice, explanation OR bill) without any resolution, despite contacting the company and utilizing their "chat" feature constantly over the past 2 months. They do not have a phone number to call. I was also charged $750 for a visit which was coded as a 45-minute "in person" appointment, which in reality was a 15-minute virtual visit and the provider's physical office is multiple hours away. Shouldn't this be illegal?
