The igs rep. reached out to me when my contract had expired,and connected me with someone who could get me back on a low fixed rate term.  The whole process took less than 10 minutes.

Constant power outages! Northern Powergrid are blaming birds, squirrels and debris blowing in the wind. The infrastructure is not fit for purpose (has anyone told Ed?)

if you are a current customer I recommend canceling and changing companies. We have been paying 3x more than our neighbours. They have been in the news for misleading marketing about their "top 3 guarantee" be sure to give 3 months notice of your cancellation as well.

Set up online account, clicked on chat as needed help. Help sorted it. Next day logged on and registered account. All previous bills available to see. Easy to change bank account details and set up dd. Straight forward. Really easy.

I make my electric bill payments online and this morning was a burger making my electric bill payment my card got blocked and it took me over a hour to get my credit card unblocked so, I don't recommend paying your liberty electric bill online.

As a property Manager I can confidently say this is the worst Utilities company in the LA/Ventura Area.  They completely block any communication with customers, their phone lines will keep you in an endless loop of recordings, send you over to unexisting web services, and just completely block you from any human contact within the company. Been trying to start services for over a month now. Just horrible.

Our family recently had a distressing experience with this plumbing company, which overcharged my elderly mother. For a relatively simple plumbing job in her basement, the company overcharged her by $3,900.  When I tried to resolve this issue, management was elusive, avoiding direct communication. The only response I received was an unprofessional email from management that was dismissive and insulting. Worse still, they contacted my mother again, causing her discomfort and pressuring her into saying everything was okay. This behavior was completely unacceptable.
This company's actions reveal a complete disregard for customer service, as they seem more focused on exploiting their clients financially. If you're looking for ethical and compassionate service, steer clear of this business. Their priority is profit, and they're willing to place vulnerable individuals into debt without a second thought.
For the sake of your peace of mind and your finances, keep your distance from this company!

Just rec'd a call (1pm 9/6/25) I'm not a fan of unsolicited calls & when I questioned the man calling he said he had all my information about my tariff. I told him that I had gone with my local community switch to which he responded "you didn't have to tell me that, we have access to your information" I said I don't take unsolicited calls, he said the call was not unsolicited. So basically rude and argumentative. Blocked!

They said the rate was 10.2 per kWh but I’ve never seen it they are charging me around 20. I’ve took several surveys and they say they will give me a call but never do.
