Really quick and easy to use
Really quick and easy to use. No fuss and simple. I would have preferrred a telephone contact as my payment didn’t go through immediately. However this was quickly remedied by going through the payment process again.

So very helpful and easy to book my tickets.
Tom was very patient and helpful as I needed to book several shows and couldn’t concentrate due to my background noise. Tom was very informative and even waited when I asked my granddaughter to turn down the music whilst I was making the booking. A really lovely man and so helpful in his attempts to locate seating that would comfortably accommodate my small group of disabled people.
