Joanne at Seascanner made purchasing my cruise very easy
My girlfriend and I booked a 14 night Mediterranean cruise with MSC just over a year ago. Booking online with Seascanner was easy to do. We booked a Bella interior cabin with a drinks package and paid a small deposit. After six months we paid the remaining balance. With two months left until the cruise, my girlfriend wanted to see if we could upgrade to a Balcony cabin. I emailed Seascanner and Joanne got in touch. Joanne gave us a quote that we were happy with. We paid the difference and Joanne successfully upgraded our cabin with MSC to a BR1 Fantastica balcony. Not only that, Joanne had some good news for us. The cost for our upgrade decreased by £242 compared to the original quote. Joanne requested a refund and we saw the £242 back in our bank account in two days.

Fantastic service
We booked initially with Seascanner because there was a clear price difference compared with P&O direct. We've needed to contact customer services a few times since booking (nothing serious, adding an extra person, sorting out drinks packages etc.) Every time the team have been brilliant: speedy, efficient and friendly. Our dealings have been with Joanne, Liz and Naomi, who have all been great. Thoroughly recommend them as a company for booking any cruise.

Satisfactory cancellation service
Due to family circumstances, I had to cancel my trip at short notice. As time was very tight, I chose to cancel my order by phone and email. Customer service representative Naomi was very patient and helped me check the refund amount and cancel the order step by step. Even though it was close to closing time, the whole process was completed quickly. I am very grateful to her!

Would never use these again.
Booked a two week cruise on line with them, unable to complete the check in as they have not released the tickets. I will not be booking with this company again, they open Mon -Fri 9.00 - 5.30 closed at the weekends and NO phone number emails are "get back to you in 3 days" book elsewhere.
EDIT: 03/07/25 - Told they would chase it again today and they have 7 days before departure to send the tickets. Also they only pay the Cruise line weekly and MSC won't release the tickets until they are paid plus 3 days. NOT GOOD.
Thanks for the reply, I first chased this on 29/06/25.

Excellent service
I have booked a few cruises through Seascanner and i am extremely happy with the service. I had to contact customer service today to conjoin two bookings and Mitch spotted a mistake I had made when i made the online booking and he fixed it for me with no issues. Thanks Mitch, i would always go to Seascanner as my first stop cruise booking provider.

Great prices
Usually the best prices of all the sites! This time I was booking 4 cabins, and it is a pain to have to do them all separately, although you can link the bookings afterwards.

On board booking with MSC
We booked on board with MSC in May for our next trip in July. As an affiliate the booking was handled by seascanner, this is our 3rd trip organised through them. Their customer service has been flawless in the past, however this time it took well over a month to receive our confirmation from seascanner. After about a week we hadn't received any information from them so I called them, the representative was helpful and stated they had the booking on the system and it would be loaded in a few days and we would them receive confirmation. However this didn't happen as described and was only processed on the 26th June, some 7 weeks later. We had no issues that we needed to contact them about however if we had it would have been extremely difficult to sort as we didn't have a seascanner booking reference only the MSC reference so couldn't use the online system and had to phone. Now this might be a one off and we will wait to see what happens the next time. Hopefully it will be back to the normal 5 star service as they are a company we trust but expect the same level of service that we have previously experienced and this is not an indication of things going forward.

Seascanner - great prices, slightly buggy website
Seascanner has undeniably great prices -- the best we could find online (and we looked at international providers who we'd used before, such as Cruise.us). We had one problem in booking, in that the site froze when we tried to use our loyalty cards. I had to contact a customer service agent to complete the booking, which took a couple of tries before I got a response. However, from there, it was plain sailing (if you forgive the pun) and all sorted very quickly. Would recommend the site and I imagine I'll be using them again, as their prices are just so good.
