Poor experience…
Don’t get caught out by the small print if you have young children and hoping to attend.
Turned away with our 1yr old, when going to attend a local event (dance) to watch our other children perform. The babes in arms policy was not made clear at all throughout the booking process and the way it was handled by the staff on the door was thoroughly poor. Overall, very very disappointing.

Superb customer service
I wanted to make a late purchase of tickets to see Fiddler on the Roof in Manchester, with an access requirement. I couldn't do it online but was pleased to find out that ATG customer service was open on Sundays, so gave them a call.
I was quickly put through to Kirsty, who was so friendly and cheerful...it made my ticket purchase journey so easy. She was patient as I outlined my requirements, was skilled at finding available dates for the show, and provided key information to help me make my booking and further purchases online.
Great to have dealt with Kirsty..top rate experience.

Quick response, a happy Canadian!
Booking tickets to the theatre in London from Vancouver, Canada. We pre-ordered drinks and then realized we did not need them as we booked entry to the lounge pre show which had drinks. Quick responses via email and Sean took great care of us and was able to refund the drinks as it was within 14 days of original purchase. I thought it was going to be a headache being in Canada, but super easy.

Efficient ticket exchange
I had to exchange theatre tickets. My online enquiry was responded to by Kirsty on the phone within minutes, even on a Saturday. She then made contact immediately following a dropped call and made sure to follow up. The whole process was quick and efficient and I was very happy with the experience.

In the end my experience was positive despite difficulties with website booking!
I was helped today by James H to exchange my tickets to a new date. He was very helpful and did my request quickly. A few days ago a young lady called Maya was also helpful and pleasant. I have to say booking via the website is not easy, especially if changes are necessary. It would be less stressful if the website could advise that you cannot do the changes on the website if you are not an account holder! It doesnt mention bookings/changes for 'guests'

They charge but don’t send goods to you
Bought ATG gift card and 9 days later the card has not been emailed nor is available on my profile. It took 3 rounds of customer service contact, then they send notification that it’s resolved but guess what? Still no gift card! This is my last resort to get their attention and act on it as I needed the gift card over a week ago for someone’s birthday.

My wife is a wheelchair user, so I rang ATG help us with the booking. The person I spoke to, Syed, was brilliant!
He could not have been more helpful, explaining everything clearly and patiently. This is customer service at its best, looking forward to our visit to the theatre!!
