So very helpful and easy to book my tickets.
Tom was very patient and helpful as I needed to book several shows and couldn’t concentrate due to my background noise. Tom was very informative and even waited when I asked my granddaughter to turn down the music whilst I was making the booking. A really lovely man and so helpful in his attempts to locate seating that would comfortably accommodate my small group of disabled people.
