I had an excellent experience with Driveway’s customer service department.  After a smooth buying experience, we found ourselves in a situation that could have easily been a nightmare, but their customer service went above and beyond for us.  During the purchase process, we received calls from a few different departments, and each person we talked to was very pleasant.  They all made themselves available by text message as well, in case we had a question or if they just wanted to check in on us while we read through and signed the paperwork.  After paying for the vehicle, it was delivered to a local dealership, and we were notified to come pick it up.  I’m not sure what sort of relationship the local dealerships have with Driveway, so, I’m not factoring the pickup process into my review.  This is where the trouble started.  The truck made it home okay, however, we noticed a minor but unsettling noise.  On the drive to work the following morning, the truck’s engine completely locked up while driving, creating a very dangerous situation.  We contacted Driveway immediately.  They arranged to have the vehicle towed to the closest service center, then arranged a vehicle diagnosis with the appropriate Vehicle Service shop.  The dealership rep (who was also very helpful) was in contact with Driveway, and Driveway was in contact with all other necessary parties.  They did not make us the middle-man.  Maybe we just got really lucky with great reps from all involved companies who agreed to talk to one another and spare us, the customer, the stress of this very unfortunate situation.  Driveway remained in contact with us, between two different reps covering the AM and PM shifts I guess, so someone was always available to us.  We asked for an extension on the 7 day policy since we hadn’t even had a chance to test the truck yet, which they granted us, until the vehicle diagnostic was complete.  Unfortunately, the cost to fix the truck was far greater than what they would agree to spend, and we had to return the truck back to Driveway.  They promised to reimburse me for the expenses that came along with the hassle, and committed to a full refund.  Furthermore, everyone we were in contact with during the whole process was very professional, but also made a point to communicate on a personal level, which made me feel like a valued customer.  Both Cindy and Cherylle deserve to be recognized in particular for helping us navigate this ordeal.  Thank you both!

They do nothing! The dealer overlooks certain thins and unless you know what to look for you wont see it. It is completely useless and yet the shady dealers still use it  because they can manipulate it. There is no one watching a thing! No one checks these dealers and you can’t leave any reviews online with google or any other ? What a BS deal the government should shut them down and let an adult company take over . No one at carfax is going to tell the dealer that they’d better shape up or they can’t use them. Then the dealer wouldn’t pay them the fees they charge the dealers to be complicit in the selling of highly and obviously questionable vehicles. You read the report submitted to carfax and then see the vehicle in person and say WTF?

I wish there was a zero star for this review. Bluestar delivers the worst bus service in Europe and UK. They don't give respect to the pedestrians on priority pedestrian crossings. Plus in recent days there has been too many accidents. It's high time to ban this bus company. I would even ask the authorities to probe the owners and management of bluestar who are responsible for the accidents.

Not a real company!   A total online only SCAMMER!   BBB (Better Business Bureau) can NOT even find them !!   Check for yourself!  BEWARE !!!!!!!

i did a previous review which i am now changing ..i did ask at service desk at al hayes  to check bcm and central locking module under drivers seat got no feed back on that . to see if any fault as centrel locking was not working or if any fault codes that needed clearing. got ultimate service on vw t5 on 20/06/2025 was happy with service until i brought it in to another garage a few days later as something did not seem right with t5 . brought my t5 to simon burke portumna .he put the scanner on and found  a lot of fault codes which needed to be cleared which should have been done by hayes mechanics.  i know they did not put a scanner to check for faults i should not have had to bring it to another garage when main dealers were paid for ultimate service .plus was told pressure plate needed to be replaced 3 or 4 years ago still does not need replacing .so will say all hayes have lost another customer

First time getting a car from here. Easy to get into what I wanted!!! Very good people. I highly recommend.
