i did a previous review which i am now changing ..i did ask at service desk at al hayes to check bcm and central locking module under drivers seat got no feed back on that . to see if any fault as centrel locking was not working or if any fault codes that needed clearing. got ultimate service on vw t5 on 20/06/2025 was happy with service until i brought it in to another garage a few days later as something did not seem right with t5 . brought my t5 to simon burke portumna .he put the scanner on and found a lot of fault codes which needed to be cleared which should have been done by hayes mechanics. i know they did not put a scanner to check for faults i should not have had to bring it to another garage when main dealers were paid for ultimate service .plus was told pressure plate needed to be replaced 3 or 4 years ago still does not need replacing .so will say all hayes have lost another customer
