Clearly a scam
Clearly a scam. The site pays and outsourcing companies in India or UK (they appear with a UK number when contacting me) to call sellers (car, boat, etc...in our case it was our boat) pretending they are interested, and requesting the buyer to get this certificate. Once you pay and get the certificate, they come up with all sort of excuses (in our case 'his wife got a miscarriage'!!) and tell you they have issues, etc... and postpone everything.
Very dirty practice.

My experience with digital vehicle report
I didn't know about them until one buyer asked me for the report from them, but now I had used their service many times and had a good experience everytime, they do incredible job and deliver report in just 30 minutes which is appreciatable. Giving 4 star because their pricing is too high they should reduce their price but report really worth it

Report came through fine but have my…
Report came through fine but have my suspicions that the recommendation came from someone pretending to be buying my car. Also they charge US dollars so am suggesting SCAM
