I think the packaging is bad, I had some stuff cracked and broken and the perfume arrived hot that some of it evaporated.

Afterpay Sale Glitch - I tired ordering 8 times, but there was a payment glitch with Afterpay and creating an account with Sephora. 

I reached out to the team at the time - outside of business hours. 

Reached out to the team again the following day, they asked for screenshots.. abit hard when its a day late. 

They could see I wasnt able to order and receive the discount & wouldnt honor it until i received the order and returned it. 

Customer service is a joke. 

I wont be shopping online with Sephora again.

My fragrance smells off, I tried returning it but customer support told me that they do not take returns if the bottle was opened.

I guess the only thing that would be of benefit, is if they had a lower threshold to get free shipping, because of course us addicts have other expenses and requirements, but still want to slip a fragrance in that lineup.
