I’ve already given a one star review because I never received any of my order which was for four perfumes. I tried chatting about it four times and was continuously told just to wait and it would show up and that it had been shipped. This was even even though the shipping tracking clearly showed only a label had been created. Finally, I called and was told there was an error. Error and I would be refunded as my items weren’t even available any longer. I was not refunded. Then I gave a poor review and was told again that I would be refunded and I still have not. Fast-forward to more than 30 days later and I’ve received nothing that I purchased and no refund and will now have to dispute this with my credit card provider.

I have sent them messages and emails and they have always told me the same automatic message to wait, even though it is the only order that has not arrived. So far, I have requested a refund and they always tell me the same thing: to wait between 24 to 48 hours for a response, but they don't tell me anything and I have to insist again. Please, I want my refund for that order.
