Exceptional Service and Authentic Fragrances!

Great experience shopping at BalmScent. The website is easy to navigate, and the selection of niche and designer fragrances is impressive especially for the prices they offer. Shipping was fast and everything was packaged securely. I can tell they really care about quality and customer satisfaction. Will definitely be returning for more scents soon. Highly recommended!

Solid customer service

Solid customer service, reasonable prices. My only thing is I’d like a wide range of scents to purchase but it makes sense since the business is branching out and with more brands. Overall not bad at all for a new business.
