A mistake was very difficult to undo! I got so many different answers on how to resolve it until I finally sought the manager. It all turned out, but the manager spoke very, very quickly, and she was difficult to follow. It was a really very, very poor, confusing and frustrating experience. I will not use Sleep play again!

This was my first experience shopping with HonestMed. While looking for a specific item, I reviewed their website and found exactly what I needed, so I decided to place an order. I'm pleased to say that the online ordering process was straightforward and efficient. My only concern arose when I couldn't see the delivery options; I’ve had unsettling experiences with UPS and hoped they weren't among the choices. However, when I received the first notification from FedEx, I started to feel relieved. There was a moment of anxiety since my order fell around the 4th of July, and I anticipated a slight delay. But hooray! My package arrived right at my front door as requested. Thank you for alleviating my doubts. I’m not sure how long this positive experience will last, but I will definitely take the high road moving forward. Thanks! :)

The platform is very intuitive and easy to use. It integrates very well with QuickBooks and creates efficiencies for users in all roles. Reporting is easy to use and tracking costs year over year is simple. The team is very open to feedback and works hard to create a useable and value add features. I am  impressed with their commitment to independent medical practices. 


Looks good and nicely packaged but nothing more positive I can say sadly.

Found it really uncomfortable and clingy - having paid extra for the cool material I felt no benefit from it and fact it made my skin itchy and left me with a rash after only wearing it for approx 45 mins to give it a fair trial but it felt too big for my neck and I couldn’t get comfortable. 

I don’t have sensitive skin at all so really disappointed to end up with a rash given how expensive it was.

I’m a five foot 4 - size 10 women - not sure if the child’s size would have been better.

I will never be able to use it and had to resort to the airline pillow on two 14h flights.

I will end up selling it on Vinted for a fraction of the price. 

Don’t fall for the marketing way better options in the market without this price tag.

The review material is formatted in away to really help imbed the key points to your mind. Each section shows a brief video and then a follow up with the same key point in writing incase you may have missed something in the video. you can always go back and review. The virtual exam portion was great because of the small class size and the amount of interaction. The instructor was very informative and shared examples of real life situations that will really help me to remember what to do and why its done that way.
