Website is fine, biggest complaint is that the one product page has multiple sizes available and it’s way too easy to select the wrong size. Then, when you’re checking out, it has the product name there but “3, 5, or 15ml” after it so you never know which one you selected. Wish that were easier/ clearer then would be easy 5/5

Took My Payment, Then Demanded a Prescription – Total Waste of Time
I placed an order for just 10 catheters — a common medical supply that typically doesn't require a prescription at checkout. Vitality Medical accepted payment without asking for one. But after payment, they suddenly demanded a prescription, delaying my order unnecessarily.
I chose this site over Carewell specifically because Carewell only sells boxes of 30, and I only needed 10. Big mistake. Vitality Medical completely failed to deliver on urgency and transparency. If you're looking for a reliable supplier to fulfill immediate medical needs, this is NOT the site to trust.
They wasted my time, took my money, and offered zero real-time support. Extremely disappointed.
