I was referred to Appy Medical by my Doctor, as the previous company didn't provide great customer service, not to mention my supplies came late too often. My experience has been great due to the very nice and informative people that have helped me every step of the way in getting my pump supplies and my CGM! Sabrina and Brian have gone out of their way to ensure that everything was handled in a timely manner. Appy has surpassed my expectations and I highly recommend them to anyone that needs pump supplies or CGM!

I have had the best experience with this company. I have been using CGMs for nearly 20 years and have bounced all over the place due to supply issues, insurance changes, and more. With Appy, I know they’re going to be my last supplier. They are so nice and make my life so much easier

Completely new to Appy. When I spoke to representative Bryan. He had me confirm my address and I advised him my at the time address but told him I was moving and that the shipment address was going to be new. He said we would go back and correct it before shipment went out. I had to complete blood work prior to anything being shipped out. So I got that done and when it was verified and received I was supposed to be contacted about when shipment was going to go out if placed. That never happened. In the middle of moving from my old house to new house there was a door tag from fedex. I had no idea what it was so just assumed maybe my medical equipment because that was the only thing I was in talks about but wasn’t confirmed. Anyway it took me over two weeks to get my package because they didn’t verify or update my address and didn’t contact me about shipping my package. I had to place the package ant hold on an hold location for fedex which meant them sending anbck to warehouse annd delivering when they wanted… On top of that I asked if I could continue to get my cgm supplies through the military post because the insulin pump I need requires a cgm to operate and I can’t have it get lost in the mail or the mail take 2 weeks to receive... Bryan said no I have to get my cgm supplies through them if I wanted my insulin pump supplies through then and I suggested finding a new company. Bryan didn’t care or try to find a solution was just like yeah you should do that. Completely unprofessional and no care in the world. Horrible customer service skills and horrible communication. No one has since reached out to me regarding this issue. I called customer service to talk to someone else and they redirected my message to the same person Bryan! They are ridiculous and don’t care about customers and their experiences

I received a message saying that my pump has been shipped. After waiting for 10 days I called and was told that they had just received more pumps and that it would ship later that afternoon. The woman I spoke to also told me that she would text me a tracking number later that afternoon. That was over a week ago and I still haven’t received anything. I called back again yesterday and was told that I should place an order from a different company. Horrible experience, employees, and business tactics.
