Nope. Called Wed afternoon - no response.
Called again towards the end of business and chose a different department in their phone system. I was assured the item was shipping that very day and I would be receiving my tracking number.
Nope.
No shipment on Tuesday

I was able to get the exact style and color I wanted for much lower price than brand new. My walker arrived, and it looks like it is brand new, everything is perfect.
