Nope. Called Wed afternoon - no response.
Called again towards the end of business and chose a different department in their phone system. I was assured the item was shipping that very day and I would be receiving my tracking number.
Nope.
No shipment on Tuesday
No shipment on Wednesday
No shipment on Thursday
Mom’s vacation after a terrible winter & spring is ruined because her promised electric wheelchair will not be making it to my family’s summer home.

I needed a new Nova walker
I needed a new Nova walker, and I was searching around and found that DME offers open box/slightly used walkers at a much lower cost. I was able to get the exact style and color I wanted for much lower price than brand new. My walker arrived, and it looks like it is brand new, everything is perfect. I'm so happy to have found this store!
