The review material is formatted in away to really help imbed the key points to your mind. Each section shows a brief video and then a follow up with the same key point in writing incase you may have missed something in the video. you can always go back and review. The virtual exam portion was great because of the small class size and the amount of interaction. The instructor was very informative and shared examples of real life situations that will really help me to remember what to do and why its done that way.

Return needed for machine we didn't pay for

We ordered pads for our AED machine, our old ones expired. Anyway, when they arrived they came with a whole new AED machine that we didn't order. We also didn't pay for it. So we called to start the return process, that was almost 2 weeks ago and the AED machine is still here.

I stock but wasn't actually backordered

Ordered replacement pads for my aed that they said were in stock and only a few days for delivery, after a week and nothing showing up I called just to find out they are actually backordered with no expected date that they will get more, why was I not called or emailed right away and given choices to make it right, instead you take my money and do nothing.....
