Had the worse experience of any medical appointment I have ever had. 

Simple onboarding. No judgment. Legit care. A+.

This company is a scam. They charge your credit card immediately and then draw out your care, then after a month decide you don’t qualify for the medication. It took one month to decide I don’t qualify? Then refuse to refund your card. They give you one possible date and time to speak to the Dr. Do not use! 

so very grateful! dont struggle in silence like I did. ANR is a 1 and done. I'm almost still waiting for that awful feeling of withdrawal and have to realize it's behind me! I already conquered it and I have no recollection of it!  the most beautiful dream to wake up opiate free. the "worry" cuffs are off and nothing is holding me back. I am so grateful. Im excited  to see ANR grow, reach other cities, and bless many families desperately in need.

If you need a hair transplant, this is definitely the place to go. From the start of my process into this journey, it has been nothing short of being an amazing experience. 

From the first time, I even went to get a quote, Jerry, the general manager was so nice and patient and answered all my questions about the process. Because I was coming from another state, I wanted to make sure my travel plans were good, so Jerry even recommended some hotels to stay at in the area and confirmed my travels plans were good. 

When I arrived to my appointment Dr. Siegel and all of his team were so warm and supportive and comforting. I cried out of nervousness but they reassured me everything was going to go good. 

For the anesthesia process, it hurt, but the team was so awesome and patient! They would tell me let them know when I needed a break and they would stop and let me tell them when I was ready to proceed again. They even gave me juice to help calm my nerves. Once the anesthesia was finished, I did not feel a thing! The team worked their magic as we listened to music and shared stories and laughs. They even gave me a blanket and they let my friend who came with me, stay with me in the room throughout the entire process. Dr. Siegel and his team were so neat and organized throughout the entire process. I had no concerns and knew I picked the best place to get a hair transplant!!! 

The whole thing took no more than 4 hours and once they were done, they even provided a nice warm and delicious meal. After I finished eating, I was free to leave. They provided me with all the after care instructions that listed out day by day what to do. Dr. Siegel even gave me his number to call him directly if I had any questions about anything. 

Casey who works there was also so amazing. She would call and follow up with me following the procedure at least once a week. She even would text me every few days during the healing stage in to make sure I was doing good and answered any questions I had. When it came time to get the stitches out, she also facilitated getting an appointment for me and even sent my doctor a video of how to remove them. Casey would also call me on benchmark months like 1 month 3month 6month, etc… post procedure to see how the progress was going and how I was feeling. 

I saw hair growth within 3 months of the procedure! Month after month the growth continued to progress and came in so full and thick. I am now a little more than a year in a I am in love with my results. I never thought that  I would have edges again, but Dr. Siegel and his entire team from start to finish made it happen! I am forever grateful to them ??.

Biggest scam on the internet, do not sign up. They charge you fee for nothing

Devastating 2nd botched job  by this unskilled  "revision expert" as he calls himself! I went to him  originally in 2021 after my nose was botched in Turkey (by  suleyman tas who to this day will not face me even on the phone to explain why he destroyed my life ) as I  went to fix a deviated septum but came back with an ugly short nose) after someone said an ethnic doctor can fix an  ethnic nose.. ..turns out that is nonsense!  The European doctors I had consultations with very wisely told me it would be difficult to rebuild my ethnic nose but not arfat jawaid. He mumbled yes he could without even analysing my nose in advance like a real expert would.  He calls it reversal surgery .. welll he managed to give me a witches grimace and a wide droopy sharp tip I never had  and the left side he mutilated my nostrils. Also he's left me with  non stop embarrassing nasal dripping & blockage for 4 year's so far to the point nose drips from nostril roof so I can't  do housework or gardening without wiping my nose esp embarrassing when I'm out in public and unaware of the dripping.  He says he's ENT yet caused more functional isssues I never had . I went to 4 top revision surgeons in Europe and uk all who said his results were shocking and not on par with a skilled surgeon who would have avoided the multiple blunders arfat jawaid made such as using a few pieces of my septal cartilage left and leaving sharp jagged pieces poking thro my very thin skin . One senior surgeon said I'm not surprised your smile is distorted as  the grafts are like a stretched out rock over your nose causing excessive sharpness and nostril  retraction and should never have been used. ( I needed rib ) arfat decides to put 3 distorted grafts into my tip leaving my nose looking like it had a bullet in it.. my nose tip got sharper and sharper over the months. After a year plus he finally  says it was his fault and that he can fix it by removing one graft. I was desperate to get one graft out so I went back to him later wasting ￡5000 on tickets. He  randomly asked me during surgery if I wanted a tip graft added( it would make my nose MORE projected !) . Why ??? I keep telling him I had a tiny blunt birth nose tip. I said NO after he said it would make my nose more projected but he did it without my knowledge and then lied yesterday via wataspp and said I agreed. I would  NEVER agree to a bigger tip and I never did.  I'm disappointed as he lied and denied any wrong doing Ive asked him repeatedly via watsapp to swear by Allah that I agreed to that cap graft on my tip ..but he doesn't reply  . . Now I have a big ugly overprojected nose and I have to go for my 5th surgery because of his negligence.  arfat jawaid avoids answering direct questions when he knows he did wrong instead he gaslights me saying I'm thankless. He also cannot admit his mistakes..every thing he did was due to his own negligence. . He had the audacity to say to me " your reviews are making my patients stressed. His clasisc deflection of his shoddy life changing results is to say "its unfortunate that we couldnt achieve what you wanted" than admit it was all his fault.. NEVER GO TO PAKISTAN  FOR SURGERY !!  It was as dodgy as I thought it would be. Stay in UK /Europe as you will pay more to fix his mess . He is far from the great expert he thinks he Is . I know as he has distorted my features so recklessly.. avoid avoid avoid him!... UPDATE  now  he says I have body dysmorphia after mocking my eyebrows that I lost due to illness & and which I tried to replace with microblading.   He still  won't answer as to why he added extra cartilage on my tip after I told him clearly not to  ..instead he says I should seek help for my body dysmorphia.  I passed  a psychological evaluation in UK & no doctor says I have it apart from arfat & tas ..the 2 who wrecked my life .....arfat now says ANY doctor would happily do my 5th surgery!!... despite the 60% high risk I have of getting skin necrosis if I didn't mention my surgeons names on line ( aka meaning himself.)
As an added warning this man is NOT GMC registered but he has given a fake harley street clinic address with a fake number to mislead the public and his details have been given to them for further investigation. 

Terrible Experience with MedicalMex LLC - Stem Cell Therapy Coordination

We strongly advise against using MedicalMex LLC for medical tourism based on our deeply disappointing experience with their stem cell therapy coordination for my husband's back treatment.

Communication and Planning Issues:
Initially, communication seemed satisfactory. However, it deteriorated significantly after payment. The provided itinerary contained numerous errors, and transportation coordination was chaotic. We received minimal pre-procedure information, despite frequent requests, raising concerns about their professionalism. Beth, our contact there, seemed frazzled and annoyed, always saying how much work she had to do and didn't have time to talk to us in detail.

Day of Treatment Complications:
On the treatment day, we encountered several problems:
1. The assigned driver refused to transport us, falsely claiming our luggage was "illegal".
2. As Permanent Residents of Mexico, we are allowed, like any tourist, to bring non-commercial goods into the country if declared.
3. The driver misrepresented the situation to the company without inspecting our luggage, which we would have permitted.

Cancellation and Financial Impact:
These issues led to last-minute changes and additional expenses. MedicalMex LLC then abruptly canceled the entire treatment without explanation, leaving my husband waiting after a 24-hour fast and needing to alter our plans significantly, forfeiting hotel expenses, etc. While they eventually refunded the treatment cost, we incurred substantial losses in travel expenses.

Conclusion:
The disorganization and poor communication exhibited by MedicalMex LLC suggest potential risks in their medical services. We recommend thoroughly researching alternatives for safer and more reliable medical tourism options. Patients should be cautious when considering treatments abroad, as there have been reports of infections & other complications from such procedures in Mexico.
