The Very Worst Dispensary in OHIO

Worst dispensary in OHIO. The license of this dispensary should be revoked and the state should immediately step in and look at everything this dispensary is doing.

I'm a 65-year-old heart attack patient. I have had my license since the very first licenses were issued. I have done business with dispensaries across the state.

This business is run by a gentleman named sage Graham who is the general manager and another gentleman named Christopher weekly who is the assistant general manager neither of which decided this was an important enough situation that they should have stepped in and got involved. Instead, we are left to do business with nameless managers and nameless front desk clerks who do not want to associate their names with their company's decisions that are being made on their behalf.

They are training unskilled workers to call you on the phone and collect your personal information then they erroneously are entering it into the system and I will post for you the proof from the state of Ohio who says the dispensary is at fault.

This is a terrible business. They will screw your account up and then leave you to sit in pain. They will not take accountability for their actions on site and I'm the phone and hide their identities when asked to stand up for their statements.

It is very clear the state has observed the information from their side that can only be observed from their side and have ruled that the problem is definitely caused by the dispensary upon further interrogation of the nameless manager it becomes clear that they had a new trainee call and get my information. They have screwed up my account and they will screw yours up as well.

The manager of this store that is directly below sage Graham and Christopher weekly should be fired immediately and the entire front desk staff retrained except for the white haired gentleman with the long hair who was very helpful and very skilled he should be put in charge of the front desk immediately and the rest of them should be retrained or fired.

I'm not a problem patient in fact I've never had a problem before and I've never been treated like I've been treated at this building and on the phone by these supposed people in charge.

For context I've owned my own business for 45 years. I've hired and fired janitors that were better than the people that waited on me and the supposed manager I talked to.

BUYER BEWARE. STAY AWAY. THEY REFUSED TO TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR WHAT THE STATE HAS DEEMED THEM RESPONSIBLE FOR.
