Disfunctional and unorganzied health organization

Disfunctional and unorganzied health center. They made false claims in their publications, having case managers and case management along with an entire staff of therapists and psychologists, psychiatrists. They did not and lied about it for months before admitting it was a simple miscommunication. Their clinical processes, communication, and response are subpar and unacceptable. I was told to leave because I had a complicated medical history, and the provider didn't want to deal with my insurance and pharmacy benefit management company. No other organization ever had an issue or was told any of that before becoming a patient with Tapestry. In addition, their call center staff are often rude on the phone and in person and get confrontational, interrupting you when speaking to someone with whom they have no involvement. While they were on their phones talking with the speaker on and complaining about patients in front of other patients and staff. Witnessing registration staff tell new patients that when filling out paperwork, don't worry about "gay stuff, gender identity, or pronouns" because it doesn't mean anything, and they don't care about it—laughing with the patients and mock queer people. While they openly publish support and anti-discrimination. This is a horrible and demoralizing organization; the administration and HR did nothing when it was reported to them twice. I filed a grievance with my insurance, and after 45 days, my insurance notified me via letter that after several attempts to speak with their leadership, Tapestry refused to respond or make any statement. Actions speak louder than words; they are out to get federal money and rip off uninsured and people who don't know to demand better services—a warning of my personal experience and a complete waste of six months and traumatizing.
