If I could give no stars I would

If I could give no stars I would, horrible expériences with cleveland clinic, scheduling is a nightmare, the physician recommends amount of visits, scheduling is unable to meet those demands and says call to schedule, tried that nothing, 7/2/2025 had a virtual visit scheduled the clinic marked it as a past appointment and removed the zoom link, the scheduling department hung up twice, never resolved they never called back, I have not seen the specialists in months and now no hope of it happening soon as the doctor is scheduled out the remainder of year!!!

Avoid Neurologist James Teo & Cleaveland, it's the worst

I had a very bad experience at Cleveland Clininc London. The Neurologist Teo James refused to diagnosed a long term condition and it refused to address the real long term issue and pushed a short term solution that I tried before and it never worked, despite the fact that I already told the doctor about this. Dr Teo did not even allowed me to tell him the symtops I had during the visit and he twisted the matter and the diagnistic. He refused to even refer me for additional tests, despite the fact that I specifically requested that. It's concerning that doctors refuse to work in the best interest of the patients. I will never book any appointment with this doctor or with this clinic. Unless the Cleveland requests its doctors to deliver the best diagnostics and treatments for customers and unless doctors will work in the best interest of patients, listening to the concerns of the customers, it will struggle to maintain loyal customers and to build a good customer portfolio. This clinic faild to deliver premium private services and not worth a penny

First time at this Clinic......

First time at this Clinic......

I have not been to this facility before and came for a MRI. The staff from start to finish were attentive and of course kind. My experience was limited but still good enough to merit a review. The main reason I am writing this is, whilst I was waiting near the exit, I saw two people come into the reception area and one of the members of staff, Rahab or Rabah, forgive me if I have your name wrong, was present. One of the people was hobbling and he immediately went to get a wheelchair. You may think that should be obvious, but really it is not, in many of the places that I have been to, but the speed and the manner in how the patient was taken care of is noteworthy. As I left I told him it was kind of him to do so, he was humble and said, no he saw she had difficulty in walking and wanted to help. Its not enough to be professional, and in this industry of Caregiving, the manner in how you are treated is so important. Thank you.

by far the dirtiest and most uncaring…

by far the dirtiest and most uncaring health facilities I have even been to I would not even take a dead rat to any place connected to it. Clevland clinic only recognize blind people and their service animals as the only a real service dog and disability, and now apparently only true service animal in their eyes are leader of the blind. What about hearing, seizure or PTSD or that's right those are not real disability's according to this so called health facilities but they don't understand disabilities, I see a major law suit coming their way soon so stay away worst care and doctors in area go to Sebastian or Lawnwood and they don't care if you have a service animal Cleveland Clinic is not caring try sitting in ER 8 hours before even being seen! went to Sebastain in and out 2 hours CC suck only go there is you want to unalive any one

Cleveland clinic gave me my 2 sons and I will forever be grateful for them. The doctors are amazing there! Best of the best!

But the hospital itself... I'll never forget being forced to do ivf alone bc my husband wasn't allowed in there do to covid. Neither of us were sick or around anyone sick. I also couldn't have my husband at our sonogram. Having to get pregnant alone is emotionally scarring and I won't forget it. I'm glad it worked but I was constantly afraid my husband wouldn't be allowed at the birth. All of this for covid, which no one even cares about anymore.

Cleveland Clinic RIPS YOU OFF

The charges from Cleveland Clinic are insane. They have used their reputation to bully health plans into adding "hospital charges" no matter where a service is provided. I was scheduled for 45 minutes of shoulder surgery at the Lakewood YMCA, and my out-of-pocket cost would have been more than $600. How dare they charge hundreds for "hospital services" at a YMCA?? Their charge for shoulder therapy at the Y was $900/hour. For the 15 minutes of shoulder therapy I got after a brief outpatient procedure, they charged $750 -- that's $3000 PER HOUR. Get out of here.

I am also scheduling a lung scan. The out-of-pocket costs for the exact same procedure at University Hospitals is more than $300 less than what Cleveland Clinic would have charged me.

AVOID THE CLEVELAND CLINIC. If you don't, you will pay -- and I mean that literally.

Seriously?

One would think that scheduling an appointment (yes I’ve had an account for many years) wouldn’t be a major motion picture. I just spoke with a total bimbo who kept asking me for a medical reason to make an appointment with a Urologist. Apparently the half dozen reasons I gave her didn’t precisely correspond to her menu of options. And she had the personality and manners of a bruised tomato. I think I’ll go elsewhere. Besides, my past experience is that the physicians frequently call in sick the day of the appointment.

Just went to pick up RX and discussed with pharmacy how BAD Cleveland Clinic is in this area. Pharmacy said they have not had a good experience with them since they started taking in Doctors in our area. Getting through to the doctor is impossible through them. When I see the doctor in the office they are now telling me to contact them directly. So why is Cleveland Clinic adding so many levels of review before getting to the doctor. I foresee medical malpractice payouts to my med mal attorney friends.

Still Suffering and getting Worse

I fell and then went to Cleveland Clinic for assistance. I was diagnosed with a wrist fracture and subsequent EPL fracture. At the time the pain was chronic, unbearable, and I complained often to the doctor's. I was scheduled for surgery and the physician tried twice and had to call someone else to get the infraclavicular block. The person called used an ultrasound guide but by this time I had a pneumothorax. It is the contention of the Cleveland Clinc staff this is the norm and a known outcome for blocks, though who tries repeatedly? When I asked the anesthesiologist he said there were no known negative consequences. I did not see him until the time of the "supposed surgery". It gets worse.
I repeatedly told the hand surgeon of my pain in my forearm, which turned out to be Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. A syndrome that requires early intervention and was ignored. I can now barely walk, continue to have pain and cannot get treatment for my continuing issues. Cleveland Clinic was not forthcoming about the use of Ross University Students nor did I get the treatment that I paid for and deserved. To date still getting diagnosis for the CRPS and the decreased lung functioning. Scheduled on the 24 of this month again.

I have suffered high blood pressure last 12 years

I have suffered high blood pressure which caused me to have 2 aneurysm within 6 months. I’ve been going to different cardiologist over the last past 12 years and they couldn’t bring it down. 2024 I met Doctor Corey Cavanaugh kidney specialist he has gotten my blood pressure ranging 133/76 for the last 4 months. The doctor is damn good. Bed side manners, he listens, he makes plans give meds remove meds cautioned. He’s a God sent. Small note my pressure was always 227/110 or190/100 for 12 years. If you’re suffering with hbp I recommend him.

Disgusting

I am tired of the staff not wearing PPE. From COVID, to bronchitis, pneumonia, CDIFF, ect. You name it.

I was a former employee and no one ever wore ppe. In the heart ICU, Nerostepdown, or the neruo ICU.

Disgusting. That is abhorrent worn out behaviour and I am disgusted by the lack of protocol being followed.

The lack of responsibility by the nurses is disgruntling.

I have doctored at union hospital for…

I have doctored at union hospital for 25 yrs. Cleveland clinic took over and not only did they not send me a statement for 9 months they then sent one saying they were going to send me to collections. That was bad enough. Now they say my Doctor visit will cost me 450.00 each visit. My appointments are 15 minutes where they take my weight, take my blood pressure and give me a script. $450.00 is my cost. This is so immoral, unethical and i will not pay for their CEO's to go on vacation. My doctor says they have to bill that way. So not only is Cleveland clinic stealing money from patients but ruining the Dr.s reputation. Makes me sick. I will go somewhere else after 25 yrs of being a patient there. I will warn people on facebook to watch for this corruption.

My PCP sent me to Cleveland Clinic ED…

My PCP sent me to Cleveland Clinic ED (Vero beach FL) due to persistent high BP, history of stroke and chest pain. I was taken back (after a long wait) to a large room with side petitions but front wide open…no curtain).:As bloodwork and EKG were done, I requested a blanket or towel as had to remove my arm etc exposing my bra. They didn’t give me anything to cover myself! Then, after a chest X-ray, I was placed in a similar room with many patients. (I put my shirt back on). After much time had passed, I tried to get the attention of the many staffers that walked by. They all ignored me. Time passed again. I’m a patient person but not one person checked on me. Chest pain persisted. Finally, I removed the EKG pads and walked out. I took the arm port out when I got home. It took them over two hours to realize I was missing!! They called my husband which is how they found out. Oh, I’m a retired nurse and have worked in an ED. I will never go back to Cleveland Clinic in Vero Beach again.

Their billing practices are outrageous

Their billing practices are outrageous. The seem to bill per subject matter. I saw a doctor, not even a specialist, and the charge was $1600!!!! The hospital charged me for 3 separate office visits for the one I actually had. I have been making payments on the account like clockwork and they turned the account over to collections. They have charged me for a diagnosis (from another doctor) because their doctor put it in the notes. They don't record payments properly either. Someone needs to get these hospital systems and their money grabbing under control.

Forget trying to get anything done in a timely manner

This place is becoming a joke! Changed insurance companies, try to set up appointments and labs I needed done. Central operator refused to set me up any appointments and told me my insurance was inactive! Called the insurance company and they told me my insurance was active for two months and they did not know what Cleveland clinic’s problem was, and gave me a reference number to give to them to verify. I called Cleveland clinic again, and I was transferred to outsourced foreigner that refuse to call the insurance company or take the reference number. He could not figure out or verify that my insurance was active. Tried to call the unbudsman to get something done and no one answers during regular business hours. I only have one day off of my job so I can call and make appointments and labs. After running around in circles for an hour and a half I finally get them to verify that my insurance is actually active and good and in network. I get transferred over to central and politely ask to get some appointments se set up. I get disconnected. I called back and then they tell me the referral. My doctor gave me is not accepting new patients even though I’ve seen her before. I asked for the phone number of the doctors office, and they refused to give it to me. I tried to called on buds men again to maybe get a different doctor or the number for that physicians office. No answer. Trying to get anything done or to see a doctor at this place is a total joke.
