This company is a scam. They charge your credit card immediately and then draw out your care, then after a month decide you don’t qualify for the medication. It took one month to decide I don’t qualify? Then refuse to refund your card. They give you one possible date and time to speak to the Dr. Do not use!

Cust. Svc. Veronique, really went beyond meeting standards in her position. She went Above Excellent. Veronique assisted me, (via phone and we both were online) during my online member process. She communicated in a knowledgeable manner and she was polite and professional at all times. I'm excited about my 9AM Health membership.
*For those having problems with the Rx being covered by their Rx providers, I have updated information regarding approvals via Medi-Cal, Medicaid in both TX & CA. It's slightly described it on the Lily website but I have gone through it for myself. For further information on the above issue in "regular people words" contact/DM me, Re: "Wt. Loss Rx Info" on IG & Tik Tok @black2dapearl_4u2c. No personal information needed. Just answering questions & info being provided to assist you in this Wt. Loss journey & medication approvals. We discovered a huge systems issues that can affect many people. *I am NOT an influencer and not getting paid for this. I'm just a regular honest person that's trying to help others.

I love this company I work for a non profit so I'm not even lucky enough to have insurance cover this medicine in ANY way so it's out of my pocket which isn't very deep 😕.
However in 2025 I wanted to turn my health around for good after caregiving intensely my mother at home who had severe Alz. for years. I was in terrible shape.I pay for the meds and the monthly fee myself. Having said that I went from reluctant to having to fork out more funds I couldn't afford to being impressed, hopeful, enthusiastic about working with them. It keeps me motivated. They are medical personnel many in diabetes care or understanding nutriention which is vital when taking these drugs. They do care which is more than I can say for some docs in offices who have no communication skills and don't keep up on the benefits of GLP-1 meds. I have experienced this. I am down 36lbs which is 50% to my goal and no longer prediabetes. My cholesterol which genetically was awful is 174 from 250 12 months last year. With all the visits over the years and hours wasted I am in far better shape than when I was 20 years ago. I just hope they are also pro active in supporting patients thru maintenance regime also. For me this is a life commitment. I never want to be that weight again of face diabetes or the physical pain of burning feet again that no doctor could explain but this medicine took away. As hormones that no longer function as they should have these meds are miracle workers.

I hate this stupid program. I had to pay for labs THEY required which I find ridiculous as I didn’t even want these and provided labs from my pcp but god forbid they weren’t what they wanted. And then I have a meeting with a pharmacist questioning my medical diagnoses like she’s some doctor or something. Then she tells me I HAVE to buy a smart scale and well sorry I can’t afford one. And I shouldn’t have to spend MY money on some program I don’t even want to do, that my insurance is forcing me to do. And now I have to talk to a dietician who was supposed to contact me “right away”. Haven’t heard anything. And it takes 2 business days for anything to get done or any question to get answered. I have complained to my insurance and the company about this bogus app. Hope they get rid of it by next year.

Poor experience so far. My company / insurance requires us to use 9am health now for Zepbound, so my primary care officially referred me. During my appt with the NP, she claimed to not have my starting weight on file from when my PCP put me on Zepbound. I screenshared and showed her my starting weight from my DEXA scan, and even shared some bloodwork in real time. She said she would call me back same day with a decision if they can take over my Zepbound prescription. I never heard back for 2 weeks until I reached out. She gaslit me by saying she was pending records for me and that I “never shared anything via screen share”. She then completely ignored the fact that we discussed in detail how she would call me back after our appt, me even giving her permission to leave a detailed message. Absurd to gaslight your new clients like that. I reached out to my company to inform them that 9am health is giving me the run-around and claiming they don’t have my records. My PCP said they should have everything and even sent me detailed records they sent them showing my starting weight at just under 190. It’s pulling teeth working with these people. I hope I get my Zepbound soon and a different NP assigned.

I am enjoying my relationship with 9amHealth. Chat questions are answered quickly. My Zepbound prescription was approved after 9amHealth provided the needed information. I pick up my meds at my local supermarket. I follow the online guidelines for successful Weightloss. The bottom line is: you must be proactive in your approach. You can’t just inject the drug and sit back. My local physician would not write my prescription. I’m glad I found someone who understands my situation better.

I am so happy I found 9amHealth. They are quick to respond to my inquiries whether by telephone or Message. They have there process down to a science. From putting in my labs to the cellular scale. I had a couple of occasions about a week apart and I spoke to the sam person and she knew who I was. The feeling of being more than a patient on the other side of the line or keyboards is just the icing on the cake for me

My job referred this app to me. It's excellent. They brought issues to my attention with my health, and have been instrumental on helping me rectify the matter. They offer devices that help me monitor my help. You can message or call, and get prompt sufficient assistance. The pharmacist are excellent. They are knowledgeable and caring. This has been a comfortable experience concerning my health. I actually prefer it. The app has modules that educate you weekly on ways to improve your health. I highly recommend it.

I would give this company a 0 rating if possible. I have been taking Zepbound for 7 weeks as prescribed by my doctor. When my husband went to the pharmacy to pick up my next prescription with a Lilly Direct discount / savings card which discounts the drug by $400 off of the out of pocket cost of $1000 a month. (Have to pay for out of pocket because our insurance won’t cover it because I have not been diagnosed with diabetes, just obesity.) Anyway he was told by the pharmacy to call a number for 9 AM Health because as of 1/1/25, my husband’s employer had signed a contract with them. So I jumped lots of hoops, questionnaires, doctor summaries, blood work, bought their blu tooth scale, was contacted every day by text about something else they wanted until we told them I needed the next prescription filled before leaving for an overseas trip. That’s when the sh*t hit the fan. The next text I received from them told me they would not allow my prescription to be filled because I had not gone through their 12 week program and assessment of my weight loss to determine if I would be eligible for Zepbound which apparently was never going to be approved because I do not have diabetes! Also, since my husband’s employer signed up for this program, we were now not eligible for Lilly’s $400 discount. So, after a number of weeks dealing with this company which never stated up front that in order to be considered as candidates for weight loss medication, one had to go through their 12 week program, with no guarantee of being approved for a prescription! We have complained to our husband’s company and we will see what they say. Let’s just say this is a company which wants a piece of the medical gouging business - just another layer of keeping people from getting prescribed medication and making money off them like the insurance companies. I recommend you join Weight Watchers on line in you want a program. Forgot to mention that the pitch is that the prescription would cost $50 per month. Sounds like a deal too good to be true and it turned out it wasn’t true. Also, 9 AM Health, I have read all of the bad reviews on your company, don’t waste your time and and give a pat response on my review. You need to use the time to rip off more people!

Really great session where Nalan, the RD, talked through a few scenarios directly with me and made a plan on the spot I could easily follow and succeed with. Good brainstorming session putting things into actionable behaviors. Also really great suggestions that gave me renewed energy and refreshed ideas to change things up.
