I didn’t want a re-order of these. I told him I would let them know when I was ready. But they sent them anyway. I’m not even taking them anymore. They weren’t helping me that much. Just frustrated. I’m out of that money.

I ordered this product due to advertisements on Facebook, but when I started doing some research on reviews, I realized that the product wasn’t as helpful as advertised. However, their customer service, Julia in particular, was fantastic as she was very courteous and efficient in processing a refund.

I have purchased several units- some great, some NOT so great at all. Luvme doesn’t post your honest reviews if they are not favorable- they disappear which is shady but it’s to keep the ratings high- but not honest or reflective of our experience. My very first Luvme unit went back immediately. I have had some good and bad experiences in between but my last unit will be my last purchase with LuvMe Hair EVER. I purchased the unit with multiple tops that you zip on- in theory the design was amazing, but the execution was flawed. Zipper always visible. Nothing you can do about it! Hair is good- no smell or shedding. Color is good. Style was off but that isn’t an issue. LuvMe doesn’t post honest reviews and we get suckered into purchasing poor products because of this!!!

It’s my first time ordering from UNICE and I must say that I was greatly disappointed. It’s EXTREMELY difficult to contact them. I tried email, phone number, paid to call them internationally, sent messages to different numbers they claim to be their WhatsApp number and till date no one has replied. I live in the UK and ordered hair for my graduation. The expected date was 12th July but they later told me it would arrive late around 17th July which was past my graduation. I was trying to reach out to them to sort this out or maybe come up with a plan B but I’m still waiting to hear from them. This is the first time I have ever left a negative review for any business which shows how greatly I am disappointed in the service. I’m still waiting for the hair which I will return upon arrival as I will no longer need it. Moreover, I highly doubt I will ever purchase from them again

Absolutely love my wig(water wave wear and go 20 in)! I get so many compliments! I should’ve have ordered a longer one but this one is still perfect! I will be ordering more!  

Ordered twice, first order came and was very happy, second order has never arrived, over a month since order was placed, lost by shipper, and customer service now refuses to answer.  Incredibly disappointed.
