I feel like the company/website is kind of "scamy". The address on the website is to the Austin TX airport, and my tracking information from coming from China. Also, they should mention the sizes of the products online, the shampoo and conditioner were traval size, they both fit in one hand. The shampoo doesn't lather, I had to use almost half the bottle and still didn't get a good lather from it. I just ended up using another shampoo to finish washing my hair. The price of the bundle is not comparable to what I received.

NO PRODUCT AND NO REFUND
I placed an order in November 2024 and never received the product or a refund, after several requests. I will not stop until I get a refund!! Today, trybotanic is reported to the BBB and a formal complaint filed against the company. Reviews are being placed on all platforms. Next, a law suit, then court if necessary. There are attorneys that will gladly sue for damages at no cost to me. Trybotanic you tried the wrong one!
