Customer service is greatI ordered this product due to…

I ordered this product due to advertisements on Facebook, but when I started doing some research on reviews, I realized that the product wasn’t as helpful as advertised. However, their customer service, Julia in particular, was fantastic as she was very courteous and efficient in processing a refund.

Battled with support

Be careful ordering from Spartan - their delivery time is shocking, you don't get what you order or you receive part of the order with a promise of further deliveries, and, have to constantly follow-up with your order. The response is always - your order got held up in shipping and won't be processed further, with a promise of a new order to be shipped.

I'm Still waiting.....

Ordered 23rd April, and full order still not complete....

My emails to support are now not being responded to after I requested a refund for the goods not delivered.......

JeAnne and Mat were very helpful and responsive! They also were able to resolve a small issue and went above and beyond to resolve it. Other internet companies may not even respond at all, but these two have even responded to me late in the evening and weekends in order to make sure that I was happy.

Excellent Customer Service

JeAnne and Marinella provided excellent customer service. They responded quickly to my issue with the wrong item shipped, asked for a photo, and immediately sent out the correct items within an hour. Very impressed with their efficiency, professionalism and great customer service by Spartan!

DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR FALSE CLAIMS

I purchased Spartan’s hair growth shampoo based on their bold 90-day guarantee that promised visible hair regrowth—or a refund. I followed the instructions carefully and even continued using the product beyond the 90-day mark, hoping for results.

Not only did I see zero improvement, but my hair actually got thinner during the process. When I reached out to request a refund, Spartan refused—despite their guarantee being the core reason I made the purchase.

This company is not honoring its own advertised promises, and their marketing feels like a bait-and-switch. I’m deeply disappointed and feel misled as a consumer. If you’re considering this product, don’t fall for the guarantee—you may end up with worse hair and no way to get your money back.

I’ve filed a complaint with the FTC and BBB and am sharing my experience so others don’t get scammed by false hope like I did.
